Our Commitment to a Positive Community

Pharaon Castle is built on the belief that great entertainment thrives in a respectful, inclusive environment. These Community Guidelines outline the expectations we have for everyone who participates in our platform — whether you are exploring Book of the Pharaohs, engaging with fellow players, or interacting with our team. By using Pharaon Castle, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere that defines our community.

We developed these guidelines through careful consideration of Canadian values, feedback from our early community members, and best practices from leading digital platforms. They are designed to be clear, fair, and consistently enforced. 1. Treat Everyone with Respect

Respect is the foundation of the Pharaon Castle community. We expect all participants to treat one another with courtesy, empathy, and consideration — regardless of background, identity, experience level, or opinion. Healthy disagreements and diverse perspectives are welcome, but they must always be expressed in a civil and constructive manner. Personal attacks, name-calling, condescension, and dismissive behaviour have no place on our platform. Remember that behind every screen is a real person deserving of dignity and kindness.

2. No Harassment or Bullying

Harassment and bullying of any kind are strictly prohibited on Pharaon Castle. This includes, but is not limited to: threats of violence or harm, intimidation, stalking, doxxing (sharing someone's personal information without consent), persistent unwanted contact, and any behaviour intended to frighten, demean, or marginalize another person. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, and violations will result in immediate action, up to and including permanent removal from the platform. If you witness or experience harassment, please report it immediately using our contact channels.

3. No Discrimination or Hate Speech

Pharaon Castle celebrates diversity and is committed to providing an inclusive environment for all Canadian adults. Discrimination, hate speech, and prejudice based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic are absolutely prohibited. This applies to all forms of communication on the platform, including text, images, usernames, and any other content. We believe that our differences enrich our community, and we are committed to protecting every member's right to participate without fear of discrimination.

4. Age Requirements

Pharaon Castle is exclusively for adults aged 19 and older residing in Canada. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Misrepresenting your age to gain access is a violation of these guidelines and our Terms of Service. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 19, we will take immediate steps to restrict their access. We also ask community members to refrain from sharing content that could be specifically appealing to or targeted at minors. Protecting young people is a shared responsibility, and we appreciate your cooperation.

5. Content Standards

All content shared on Pharaon Castle — including messages, feedback, and any user-generated contributions — must meet the following standards:

• No explicit or inappropriate content: Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, and disturbing imagery are prohibited.
• No spam or self-promotion: Unsolicited advertising, repetitive messages, and promotional content for external products or services are not permitted.
• No misinformation: Deliberately sharing false or misleading information, particularly regarding the platform's features, financial nature, or legal standing, is prohibited.
• No illegal content: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities under Canadian law is strictly forbidden.
• No impersonation: Pretending to be another player, a Pharaon Castle team member, or any other individual or entity is not allowed.

We encourage creative expression and lively discussion, but all contributions must remain within these boundaries to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

6. Respect the Platform

Pharaon Castle's interactive experiences, artwork, code, and content are the intellectual property of our team. Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or tamper with the platform — including its games, scoring systems, or virtual credit mechanics — is prohibited. Similarly, using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in ways not intended by our design team is not permitted. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the experience for all players and to ensure fair, enjoyable gameplay for everyone.

7. Enforcement

Our moderation team reviews reports and monitors community activity to ensure compliance with these guidelines. When a violation is identified, we take action that is proportionate to the severity of the offence. Possible consequences include:

• Warning: A private notice informing the user of the guideline they have violated and requesting compliance.
• Temporary restriction: A time-limited suspension of certain platform privileges.
• Permanent removal: In cases of serious or repeated violations, permanent exclusion from the platform.

We strive to be fair and transparent in all enforcement actions. If you believe an action taken against you was made in error, you may appeal by contacting hello@pharaoncastlegaming.com with a detailed explanation. All appeals are reviewed by a senior member of our team.

8. Reporting Violations

When filing a report, please include as much detail as possible — including what happened, when it occurred, and any relevant context. All reports are treated confidentially, and we never disclose the identity of the reporter to the person being reported.
